Barbie and her many crocheted faces

For the 2019 Barbie Doll Convention, I wanted to create a special dress, so I created the 50th Anniversary to wear for the fashion doll. Barbie was celebrating her  60th Anniversary.  Here are some of the squares that I made using tapestry crochet.  I enjoyed finding these faces  and bring them to life in crochet.

My highlights of 2019

I went several places this year including back to CGOA, the Crochet Guild of America Annual Conference in July in New Hampshire. It has not been there for awhile and it returned this past summer.  I brought Crochet pieces with me to Miami, Mississippi, Kansas City and Martha’s Vineyard and Connecticut.
